Marijuana was legalized in Michigan for medical use in 2008 and recreational use in 2018. Is it addictive? Is it a gateway drug?The new law will bring an influx of dispensaries in neighborhoods, significantly increasing access to marijuana. The access issue can cause confusion regarding laws, regulations, and the power residents have to limit access to marijuana in their community. Learn about medical use of marijuana, aspects of legalization, and its impact on the Detroit area.
