This training module was developed by and for Michigan direct support professionals interested in learning more about the person-centered planning process. In this session, we will discuss general information about person-centered planning. You will have the opportunity to think about what you can do to increase your knowledge and skills about the person-centered planning process.
Objectives:
- Understand the definition of person-centered planning
- Understand the contributions of direct support professionals Identify 10 ways to contribute to the person-centered planning process starting tomorrow!
- Try 5 new person-centered planning methods within the next 3 months
- Learn about what to read & who to call for more information

2 Continuing Education Credits are approved for this training. Participants must arrive on time and remain in the training for it's entirety.
