Course Description:
Effective management and effective leadership are two sides of the same coin. Over the past year (has it really been a year?!) this series has focused on ways in which to infuse your leadership practice with evidenced based procedures from Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). This discussion will synthesize the recommendations into a cohesive behavioral technology with tips and tricks to setting up your own systems and evaluating your overall efficacy as a leader. In addition, Jake will be sharing some pre-publication data regarding authenticity and how it relates to effective leadership as well as future directions of the lab. 

Course Objective:

1. Discuss the use of behavioral systems analysis in leadership 
2. Describe Authenticity and how it relates to leadership

Timed Agenda:

9:30am-10:00am: Discussion of assessments in the use of leadership
 
10:00am-10:30am: Discussion of modern leadership theories

10:30am-11:00am: Pre-publication data regarding authenticity as an operant response classs

-MICHIGAN CERTIFICATION BOARD FOR ADDICTION PROFESSIONALS: These event hours meets the MDCH training requirement for MCBAP staff = 2 Hours.
