Quarterly Leadership Training Series: The Leadership Paradox
Quarterly Leadership Training Series: The Leadership Paradox
With: Jacob Papazian MS, BCBA, LBA
Date: May 14, 2021
Time: 9:00am-11:00am
Location: VIrtual - ZOOM
Throughout this training series we have discussed the big picture goals of leadership: crafting effective systems, focusing on how to identify performance deficits and finding better ways to motivate our staff. However, this is a small portion of our every day job as leaders. Many of us feel pulled in the direction of endless meetings that could have been emails and a barrage of paperwork and red tape that actually keep us from our most important duty: training and overseeing our staff. Today’s focus will be on evidenced based staff training procedures that will provide you with the tools to improve staff performance without (hopefully) breaking the energetic budget.

1. 30 minutes: Competency Based Training Introduction
2. 30 minutes: Behavioral Skills Training (BST)
