New Hire: Recipient Rights Training

Date: Monday, June 3, 2013

Time: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Participants MUST arrive before 9:00 a.m.)

Location: This training will be available through video-conference at two (2) locations.

The Broadcast Site will be:

Community Living Services | 35425 Michigan Ave | Wayne, MI 48184

Suggested Participants:This training is only open to a select group of participants and requires a special code to register. Only those individuals invited to attend will have received the special code.

Check-In and Arrival Information: Participants MUST arrive before 9:00am in order to sign in and be admitted to the training. Participants who arrive after 9:00 a.m. WILL NOT be admitted to the training and will have to register for a future session. Participants will be tested on the knowledge they gain regarding Recipient Rights and will only receive a certificate if they successfully demonstrate mastery of the material.

Please bring the following with you to check-in:

1. A driver's license or state ID

2. Your registration confirmation for this training (you will receive via e-mail)

Registration Policy: Pre-registration with the "Special Code", which invited attendees received, is required.

Continuing Education Information: Please Note: Participants will be tested on the knowledge they gain regarding Recipient Rights and will only receive a certificate if they successfully demonstrate mastery of the material.
