2021.02.03 TAP Tool Training for Managers, Directors, HR and Compliance Officers

TAP Training

Wednesday, February 3, 2021

BlueJeans Platform

This training is specifically for administrators, executives, managers, supervisors, directors, HR staff and QI/QM staff.

Please ensure all appropriate employees register for this training. If you have taken this training once already, please feel free to come again as enhancements have been made.

The Training Action Prompt (TAP) was created as a result of feedback from our users. DWC makes every effort to respond to our users' needs and remain on the cusp of the latest technology and user friendliness.

The TAP system allows authorized users (usually supervisors in an organization) to assign training to their staff members. This includes online courses and training videos outside the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) and Detroit-Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) required courses.

Authorized users of TAP can review trainings taken by staff to ensure they are in compliance and audit ready and remind staff to take the trainings if they are not.

Authorized users also can review transcripts of each staff member.

Additionally, if staff leave your organization, you can remove staff from your organization's list.

The TAP system gives you unprecedented access to your staff's training records and the ability to communicate with them regarding their training needs on an organization-wide basis, or on an individual level.

Lastly, we are introducing an important compliance tool as part of this updated launch.

No continuing education credits are offered for this training.
