Course Objectives:
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify leadership theories and approaches relevant to behavioral health and social work practice.
- Apply trauma-informed leadership strategies to support staff well-being and client care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of ethical leadership practices in supervision and program management.
- Evaluate the role of cultural humility and equity in leadership across diverse populations.
- Develop strategies to engage stakeholders, advocate policy change, and reduce stigma around mental health.

10:30am – 11:00am – Leadership Theories Applied to Social Work and Behavioral Health
11:00am – 11:30am – Trauma-Informed Leadership & Ethical Decision-Making
