MDHHS requirements and best practices related to individualized staffing needs and documentation expectations.

Intended Audience:

• Current BTPRC members
• Recipient Rights staff
• OT evaluators
• Supports coordinators
• Therapists
• Case managers
• Quality Improvement (QI) staff
• AFC staff
• Others responsible for writing, reviewing, monitoring, or participating in BTPRC processes
