Course Abstract:
RESILIENCE BUILDING:
Participants will receive lectures/activities to help them recognize and navigate the impact of stress, ongoing changes, and emotional overload on their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Course Objectives:
Resilience Building:
1. Identify ways to recognize the impact of chronic stress, ongoing changes, and emotional overload on mental, emotional, and physical well-being
2. Identify ways to develop a personalized plan that incorporates self-awareness, healthy boundaries, and supportive relationships to prevent burnout and promote long-term sustainability.

Continuing Education Units:
