Course Abstract:

SPIRITUAL COPING Participants will be able to grasp the importance of creating a sustainable self-care/wellness plan that uses resources that promote emotional wellness, hope, ethical decision-making, and member interaction.
 
 
Course Objectives:

1. Participants will be able to examine the role of spirituality as a coping resource

2. Participants will be able to identify and apply spiritual coping strategies

3. Participants will learn to create a sustainable self-care wellness plan

10:45 am - 11:45 am: Lecture/Presentation
 
11:45 am - 12:00 pm: Question & Answer, Survey
