Live Event certificate is not showing on my virtual training transcript

If you are a member of DWCTraining.com and did not register online for a live event, but registered by fax, phone or email, it will not be added to your Virtual Training Transcript. You must register online for that live event to be added.

If you register online for a live event, but attended the event and changed locations on the day of the event, you will be considered as a "walk-in" at that different location and the live event will not be added to your Virtual Training Transcript.

If you register for a multiple training events in the past, and then decided to become a member of DWCTraining.com later, those completed live events do not get added to your Virtual Training Transcript.

If you are requesting copies of your certificates from a live event, please call the DWCTraining.com Online Help Desk at 313-451-3792. To help expedite the process, please have the name and date of the live event.
