Print & View Certificates

I clicked on "Print Certificate" and nothing happened:
Minimize the screen you are viewing. It is possible the certificate printing window is behind the window you are viewing. Check your taskbar at the bottom of the screen to see if the certificate printing window is open. The certificate opens from a separate window.
If the certificate printing window is not open, check you're "Pop-up Blocker" setting to make sure it is not blocking the window from opening. If you are still not able to view your certificate, please contact the DWCTraining.com Help Desk to report the problem.
I have the certificate open, I clicked on the "print" button on my computer and my certificate is not printing to my printer:
If you are able to open and view your certificate but unable to print your certificate to the printer, please contact your local IT department or the person who manages your printer. DWCTraining.com does not support or troubleshoot printer issues.
Live Event certificate is not showing on my virtual training transcript:
If you are a member of DWCTraining.com and did not register online for a live event, but registered by fax, phone or email, it will not be added to your Virtual Training Transcript. You must register online for that live event to be added.
If you register online for a live event, but attended the event and changed locations on the day of the event, you will be considered as a “walk-in" at that different location and the live event will not be added to your Virtual Training Transcript.
If you register for a multiple training events in the past, and then decided to become a member of DWCTraining.com later, those completed live events do not get added to your Virtual Training Transcript.
If you are requesting copies of your certificates from a live event, please call the DWCTraining.com Online Help Desk at 313-451-3792. To help expedite the process, please have the name and date of the live event.
My computer is asking me to choose a program I would want to use to open this file. Unable to open certificate:
Please install Adobe Reader to open your PDF certificate.
