Course Description:
This presentation is designed to discuss the components of effective clinical documentation and strategies to implement to improve ability to complete quality documentation. Additionally, a discussion on providing effective clinical service as well as strategies to provide efficient and quality treatment services to clients. Tools for managing large CMH caseloads will also be offered.

a. Understanding effective clinical documentation and identifying tools to improve clinical documentation
