If you're joining us for yoga, don’t forget your mat!

Planning to get your hair styled or cut? A fresh wash is perfect!

And for a manicure, just come with your nails bare. Can't wait to see you all!

Purpose: 

This conference aims to raise awareness and help individuals understand the concepts and significance of self-care, mental health, wellness, nutrition, physical wellness, and relationships. The overall goal is for attendees to leave feeling encouraged, motivated, and engaged. 
 
Discussions focus on: 
  • Work/Life Balance
  • Caring for the Caregiver
  • Financial Wellness
  • Accessing resources for strength, renewal, and revival

Participants can enjoy a variety of enriching workshops and activities, including:

  • Yoga
  • Dancing
  • Hair styling
  • Manicures

 

These activities are designed to enhance well-being and creativity while providing a fun and social atmosphere.


Registration is required. Walk-ins WILL NOT be permitted. Register to ensure your attendance.


By joining us at this event, attendees consent to Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network's Detroit Wayne Connect photographing, videotaping and using your image and likeness.


-CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (CMHP): These (2) event hours meet the MDHHS training requirement for CMHP staff.

-MICHIGAN CERTIFICATION BOARD for ADDICTION PROFESSIONALS (MCBAP): SUBSTANCE USE PROFESSIONALS: 2 non-specific CEC hours are approved by for substance use professionals, such as Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADC) and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CAADC).

-QUALIFIED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (QBHP): These (2) event hours meet the MDHHS training requirement for QMHP staff.

-QUALIFIED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS (QMHP): These (2) event hours meet the MDHHS training requirement for QMHP staff.

-SOCIAL WORKERS: (2) Continuing Education Credits are approved for this training. 

-TRAINING HOURS: This event will count (2) hours towards the annual training hours required by most provider agencies.
